Director (BD)
A stalwart Civil Engineer with extensive experience across both government organizations and the private sector. Following his retirement, he seamlessly transitioned into the private sector, where he has played a key role in driving the company’s growth through strategic business development and a strong client-centric focus.His extensive background serving in prominent positions during his government service, combined with his farsighted vision, brings a practical and strategic approach that continues to strengthen the company’s position within the industry.

Chief Operating Officer
Highly experienced and seasoned Civil Engineering professional backed with the track record of successfully implementing various infrastructure projects with focus on on-time, on-budget and high-quality project completions. He has more than 49 years of experience in the infrastructure sector having associated with various prominent firms in India & overseas. Ever since he has been associated with the company, his focus has been in implementing the Company’s Vision and Mission of on-time completion of Projects ensuring quality, efficiency and profitability.
Mr. D K Valecha
(COO ,T&D)
Mr. Valecha brings over 40 years of distinguished experience in power transmission and distribution, having served with premier organizations including NTPC, POWERGRID, and New Northeast Electric India Pvt. Ltd. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) from NIT Kurukshetra (1979) and an International Executive Diploma in Project Management (EDPM).With his extensive expertise and proven leadership, Mr. Valecha leads our Power Transmission & Distribution vertical, reinforcing the company’s strategic objectives and driving operational excellence and sustainable growth.
Mr. Ashish Aggarwal
He is a chartered accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). He has 15 years of diversified experience in the areas of finance and strategic planning, business valuations, corporate accounting and taxation, internal and external audit, legal, secretarial, general administration, and management experience with expertise in project finance, accounting systems development, fiscal management, financial reporting, developing and implementing financial and operational controls.
